Coach and mentor the team to effectively employ multi-channel communication and account management strategies that leverage our most effective customer touchpoints including video, e-mail, phone, partners, and internal and external champions. In partnership with GP Sales, provide leadership and direct oversight of Account Managers to ensure they drive revenue attainment by identifying and addressing expansion opportunities across the entire GP customer portfolio. Successfully manage day-to-day priorities for the team to ensure proper focus and activities align with overall customer success and corporate priorities.

Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.

General knowledge and experience with employment law and compliance policies and processes in the EMEA region and globally Draft and implement the organizations staffing budget, and the Gloalization for the team.
