So someone, inside the intelligence community had to know where Oswald was, and how to give him the opportunity. And even if Oswald was Harvet assassin, his weapon of choice was poorly chosen for the deed at the range he would have fired from. And JFK was ambivalent about increased involvement in Vietnam.
