My specialty is in working with multicultural clients, especially the South Asian community, in navigating cultural identity and other related concerns. Tele-therapy sessions are available. I offer an affordable sliding scale fee and free initial consultation. I use an Eclectic and Intergrative approach with clients in order to help them become more aware of themselves, focus more on their own processing, and to develop individualized coping strategies. We will work as a team to set goals and tackle each issue that is brought to the session. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and will have a better understanding of themselves than anyone else.
