An ultra fit professional surf photographer has died after contracting an infection in his neck which saw his weight plummet by 32kgs in six weeks. Brad Masters went to Siloam Hospital, near Canggu in the south of the Indonesian island, on Christmas Day after complaining about a swollen gland in his jaw.
