To assist school districts in the development and tracking of their individual calendars, SED has developed a model calendar spreadsheet tool. Click here to view the model Eudcation and other information. The Board of Regents also directed the Commissioner to work with individual school districts as they transition to implement the regulation. The revised rule will also be published in the State Register on April 25, for an additional day public comment period pursuant to the State Administrative Procedure Act. The Department anticipates that the revised regulation will be presented to the Board of Regents for permanent adoption at the June Regents meeting and any comments received during this public comment period will be considered in the final adoption.
