What sort of salary do you guys think I should be on at the moment? I'd say you're being underpaid. I was earning just a bit less than that as an apprentice in IT almost a year ago. I would highly suggest you start looking for jobs that will pay you what you're worth or have a conversation with management about negotiating your current pay. Here could even push that and aim higher, you might get lucky. Where in the UK do you work?

Precepor This matters too, London salaries would be higher than elsewhere. Cheers for your input, I definitely need to push for a pay rise.
