This senior management position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for building support and increasing ridership for the WeGo Public Transit system, including services of the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Nashville and Davidson County, and the Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee. Increased awareness of WeGo Public Transit projects, services and activities, and increased brand equity, overall recognition and presence of organization in the communities we serve. This position is responsible for managing Advertising and Marketing Contracts and communicating with departmental staff and senior level management on the program goals and growth. BA or BS in management, public relations, or marketing, and a minimum six years in management, including four years in public relations, marketing, or sales with documented experience in preparing and measuring results against marketing plans.
