The remastered trilogy is something many have been hoping to see for years and now, it's finally happening with all-new features, gameplay enhancements, and much more. The collection will come at the tail end of the Xbox One and PS4 generation, but the start of a new one. The trilogy will naturally be enhanced on the consoles but there are no plans for special next-gen upgrades or patches at a later date, at least for the moment. As of right now, it sounds like the same remains true for a Nintendo Switch port.

Perhaps if Nintendo's rumored upgraded Switch is a realitywe could see this enhanced version of Bioware's beloved sci-fi trilogy make an appearance on the console. It wouldn't be the first time the series has been on a Nintendo platform either.
