Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of diverse FM soft services cleaning, waste, pest control, security etc. The role involves maintaining suitable client relationships, managing a team of front line staff and external service providers. The role will report to the Facilities Manager for the area.

Manage the self delivery Soft Services provision together with any contracted services within the premises, ensuring the services meet the requirements of the Client and its customers. Line management responsibility for including but not limited to cleaners, security operatives and porters. Develop and maintain communication structures with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring relevant service and delivery information is disseminated in support of commercially aware and intelligent service delivery.
In the event of a reactive issue ensure that the right resources have been deployed as quickly as possible and assist in overseeing the issue until the matter is resolved. Assist in the deployment of additional resources as required.
Ensure accurate communications with the client and end customers throughout the duration of the issue. Managing the services in strict accordance with the corporate QSHE Policy directives to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly working environment for all employees. Utilisation of management systems CAFM information to drive performance and enhance the customer experience. Experience of managing in house Soft Services, including absence management and development of staff. Understands and applies appropriate employee legislation, safety, health and environment regulations.
