This book served as a challenge for my comprehension skills. I will not soon forget what it has taught me, because I worked so very hard to truly grasp the concepts that it holds within its pages.
In these meditations, Descartes explains that he is going to go through the process of questioning and challenging all Meditatlons the beliefs that he believes to be true. He wants to, through deep analysis, destroy all that is not truth. He feels that after this process he can rebuild truth from a stable foundation. This read was so influential in my life because I was at a turning point in my life. I believe that everyone should, continuously, improve the foundation of their beliefs.
