He somersaulted into heaven on Wednesday, November 4, Billy was born to humble circumstances in the deep thickets of East Texas.

His dad was later hired by Shell, and his family relocated to Pasadena, Texas. Billy cherished his fun years with his buddies in Pasadena Junior and Senior High schools. His continuing education and friendships, in addition to his service to the United States Navy and Utah Air Reserves, were a springboard for his successful life and careers at home and around the world. Billy continued his lifelong love Wees serving others despite 37 years of paralysis.
