With about a month and a half left in , we can all hope and pray that will bring a huge dose of compassion, trust and care to mankind. We have definitely seen our fair share of ugly and quite frankly, evil, within the past eight or nine months. We were overwhelmed with pride, with the many ways that the Filipino culture and traditions were celebrated. As the month came to a close, we came to one of the biggest moments in our American lifetime. The US Presidential Election took the stage. No one wanted the Filipino pride of October to be short lived. Anyone who has been impacted by is longing for some sense of normality. For many, it is the Christmas season that they are waiting for. It showed images of the lights of Christmas, snow, a city decorated for the season, a Christmas tree, presents, hanging socks, and wood burning in a fireplace.
