The migration flow in China over the past two decades has increased due to rapid economic development and unprecedented urbanization. Before the reform of the household register system hukou systempeople were required to stay at their hukou place [ 7 ].
There was limited access to social security, insurance, and medical care when people left their hukou place [ 8 ]. Since reform of the economy in the s, China has relaxed its hukou restrictions and many migrants now leave their homeland to seek jobs.
