Factors That Has An Effect On Conformity - consider
Gastric cancer GC is undoubtedly one of the most prevalent malignancies worldwide. Since GC is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths with nearly one million new diagnoses reported every year, there is a need for the development of new, effective treatment strategies of GC. Gastric carcinogenesis is a complex process that is induced by numerous factors and further stimulated by many pro-oncogenic pathways. Angiogenesis is the process of the new blood vessels formation from the already existing ones and it significantly contributes to the progression of gastric tumorigenesis and the growth of the cancerous tissues. The newly formed vessels provide cancer cells with proper nutrition, growth factors, and oxygen supply that are crucial for tumor growth and progression. Tumor-associated vessels differ from the physiological ones both morphologically and functionally. They are usually inefficient and unevenly distributed due to structural transformations. Thus, the development of the angiogenesis inhibitors that possess therapeutic effects has been the main focus of recent studies. Angiogenesis inhibitors mostly affect the vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF pathway since it is a major factor that stimulates the pro-angiogenic pathways. Introduction
Author s Joyce John Massawe. Introduction: Malaria in Tanzania remains the main cause of morbidity and mortality especially in children below Factlrs years of age. The resistance of parasite has resulted into frequent changes in antimalarial regimens in Tanzania, however the adherence of health workers in prescribing antimalarials is likely to be affected by this frequent changes of regimen.
The extent to which health workers adhere to malaria treatment policy in Tanzania is not clearly documented. Objective: The main objective of this study is to assess factors that affect adherence of health workers on malaria treatment policy in public and private health facilities.

Methodology: An explorative, cross-sectional study was conducted in the health facilities of Singida Rural District. Also direct observation conducted to health workers using checklist for history taking, counselling and prescription.
Nevertheless The results show that availability of varieties of antimalarials influence health workers adherence to malaria treatment policy. ALU reported to be available in both public and private health facilities; About ALU was also prescribed correctly by majority of health workers. However Changes in treatment guidelines should be accompanied by subsequent implementation Had involving all sector players in unbiased strategies.
Therefore constant supervision should be done to ensure that the policy continues to be effectively implemented.
