I loved being with children and helping them learn and grow. That was when I really knew that being a teacher was the ultimate goal and I was determined to make it happen. My greatest personal leadership failure is when I was in high school; I was in student union at that time as a member of the school of publicity. I worked for 2 years; there had an activity for the school anniversary, I need to communicate with other high schools, but I have not make this work, the time I did not manage well, I asked my group member to contact with the that high school, but I did not supervise them and check how was they going for the commutation and preparation, and their got some mistakes and troubles before our activities. At that time, to be honest, I have responsibility, but I just stave off default, after that I felt bad and regret. Reflection Of An Effective Teacher My Experience.
There were three key insights I took away from this experience that I believe will help me be an effective health professional. Organization helps you to be successful in every aspect of your job. When there is a situation that needs addressing or a conflict that needs to be dealt with, document each step and each side of Ezperience problem.

With experience and allowing others positive leadership qualities help mold my own, I believe I could do well in a leadership role.
